Blogging Instructions

Overview

Your blog posts should integrate examples of the weeks’ required focus (listed below) as viewed in the previous Survivor episode. The post should also draw in examples of other course concepts. Students must fully comprehend all aspects of the chapter (beyond what they already know about teach subject) in order to successfully complete these posts. Students are also invited to include their own thoughts about the episode and focus on other aspects of group communication in the event that the focus of the week’s content in the course is not seen in the episode.

The blog post is missing or consists of one or two disconnected sentences. The blog post is focused and coherently integrates examples with explanations or analysis of the required course concept(s) as viewed in the previous Survivor episode. The post draws in examples of other course concepts. The entry reflects in-depth engagement with the topic.
